The Calm Creative Woman
a calm, creative approach to nervous system regulation for women 40+
-Founded by Sarah Daly
Calm your nervous system.
Restore your energy.
Feel like yourself again.
I help women over 40 who feel anxious, wired, and burned out—even after doing “all the right things”—return to calm, clarity, and vitality through expressive art and nervous system regulation.
You Are Not Broken
You are over-stressed
You’ve invested in wellness.
You care for your body.
You’ve tried therapy, yoga, retreats, routines.
And yet:
Your nervous system still feels on edge
Sleep and digestion are unpredictable
You feel tired in a way rest doesn’t fix
Calm feels just out of reach
You aren’t failing.
It’s a sign: your system needs a different kind of support.
The Calm + Creative Method
The Calm + Creative Method is a five-part framework integrating nervous system regulation with expressive art- helping your mind and body settle together.
Safety First
Creating a felt sense of internal safety before change
Gentle Regulation
Settling the nervous system naturally, without force
Creative Expression
Using writing and art as a language for the body, not performance or talent
Sustainable Rituals
Practices you can actually keep doing in real life
This is where calm becomes embodied, not just understood.
A Different Path To Calm
Most approaches focus on:
Talking through stress
Pushing through discomfort
“Fixing” symptoms
I take a gentler, more effective approach.
One that works with your nervous system, not against it.
